At the heart of my practice is the belief that our past profoundly shapes our present—impacting how we relate to others and how we experience ourselves. Through our work together, we will explore these dynamics with depth and compassion, uncovering insights that allow for new possibilities and authentic connection. My mission is to help clients cultivate a greater understanding of themselves and others, and to offer practical, research-informed strategies that support meaningful change.
I specialize in working with adult individuals and couples, integrating psychoanalytic and psychodynamic approaches with advanced trauma modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I also draw from Attachment Theory and Relational frameworks, tailoring each therapeutic journey to meet the unique needs and goals of my clients.
A cornerstone of my couples work is Relational Life Therapy (RLT), a powerful model that emphasizes relational mindfulness, accountability, and empathy. I am currently completing advanced training in RLT, a modality that offers practical tools for navigating conflict, restoring intimacy, and fostering mutual respect. Whether working with individuals or couples, I aim to create a space where courage, curiosity, and transformation can flourish.
I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am licensed to practice in California and Puerto Rico. Regardless of where or how we meet, my goal remains the same: to guide and support you in building deeper self-awareness and more fulfilling relationships.
Healing takes commitment, but you do not have to walk the path alone. It is a profound honor to witness and support the change that emerges when people step into this work with openness and intention. Together, we can chart a course toward greater connection, resilience, and relational well-being.
